MEET DIANE

Diane Bjorndal

Classical Pilates Instructor

Diane is a Peak Pilates Level I Certified instructor continuing her education toward Level III. Her experience using Pilates to recover from a cervical spine injury has shaped her appreciation for strength, mobility, and lifelong spine health.

She brings a welcoming, supportive approach to each session and enjoys helping clients build strong foundations, move with greater confidence, and discover how Pilates can support their everyday lives.

Diane’s Journey to Classical Pilates

Pilates was part of Diane’s life for many years while she balanced a corporate career, frequent travel, family responsibilities, and raising a son involved in travel sports. Like many people, she often placed her own well-being last.

After experiencing a cervical spine injury, Diane began prioritizing her health and listening more closely to her body. Pilates became an important part of her recovery, helping her avoid surgery, rebuild strength, and develop a deeper appreciation for lifelong spine health.

Her experience showed her that Pilates is more than exercise—it is a practice that supports strength, mobility, body awareness, and overall well-being.

Why Diane Chose to Teach Pilates

Diane was inspired to teach after experiencing the benefits of Pilates in her own life.

She understands how challenging it can be to return to movement after an injury or to make time for yourself while managing a busy schedule. Her goal is to create a welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable beginning where they are.

Diane helps clients build strong foundations, better understand their bodies, and experience the benefits of consistent movement.
