Not at all. We believe in complete flexibility and clear value. We do not lock you into auto-renewing monthly contracts. Instead, we offer straightforward single sessions and multi-session packages (5, 10, 20 or 30 packs) so you can invest in your alignment at a pace that fits your lifestyle.

24-Hour Cancellation: To respect the schedules of our instructors and clients on our waitlist, we require a 24-hour notice for all session cancellations. Cancellations made inside this window will be charged in full.
